Responsible Gaming

Play lightly, stay in charge

Credits here are worthless, but your time isn’t, and gambling-style games can hook some people. Below are the safeguards we provide and the habits that help.

Safeguards on the site

  • Visit clock. The footer on every page shows how long you’ve been here in this tab.
  • Hourly reminder. A message appears after each full hour suggesting you step away.
  • Age checks. A confirmation on arrival and a date of birth when you register.
  • Time out on request. Ask us to pause or limit your account.
  • Deletion in one step. Remove your account any time from My account.

Habits that help

  • Fix a time limit before you open a game, and keep to it.
  • Get up every hour: stretch, drink water, rest your eyes.
  • Stop when you feel annoyed, anxious or compelled to continue.
  • Don’t play to dodge stress, loneliness or a bad mood, and protect sleep, work and relationships.
  • Remember credits are not money and past results don’t shape what comes next.
Free play isn’t real-money gambling. If you do gamble for money elsewhere, spend only what you can afford to lose, never chase losses, and never use money you need for essentials.

Warning signs

  • Playing longer than planned, or thinking about it all day.
  • Feeling edgy or irritable when you try to cut back.
  • Hiding your play from people close to you.
  • Letting duties slip, or feeling low after sessions.
